We would like to introduce a case where we proposed flexible location and operations at M Company, a dental wholesale business. The company faced challenges such as the aging of their automated warehouse, a desire to transfer operations but with limited budget, and the need to accommodate different order deadlines for each customer. In response, we proposed a location adjacent to their existing site.
